Integrated Python coding to send email alerts when SSO.LDAP users encounter application errors when the server or database is down and sends an email alert to the 'Administrator'.

Note: Example is in 'red' when the MySQL server is down and an error correction displays a message alerting the SSO users with an email generated alert sent to the System Administrator to investigate the database and/or system failures. If no errors, the user will see their results displayed and the MySQL databases will be populated with their submitted data and also exported into 'write' CSV file.
